Dynamic Movement with Pelvic Floor Exercises

Are pelvic floor exercises part of your regular routine?  Even if you’re doing kegels daily, you might see better results if the exercises aren’t done in isolation, but as part of a general exercise routine.  Dr. Bruce Crawford developed Pfilates, which uses more muscles in a “dynamic movement” for more effective results.
